Jaime started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked internationally assisting clients with strategic and operational challenges across a wide range of industries.

Next, he assumed diverse leadership roles in Uber’s Delivery business, initially heading the marketplace operations, and later on managing a portfolio of new business ventures.

This experience sparked his passion for entrepreneurship, ultimately inspiring him to launch Tilo.

Jaime is an Industrial Engineer, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his wife, Adriana, and their three kids: Aitana (5), Arella (2), and Aritz (1)
