Jaime started his professional journey as a management consultant, helping clients solve strategic and operational challenges across a wide range of industries.

He then held multiple leadership positions within Uber's Delivery business, initially heading the courier and marketplace operations, and later on building a portfolio of new business ventures.

This experience sparked his entrepreneurial spirit, ultimately inspiring him to launch Tilo.

Jaime is passionate about business and people development. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
